If you are an AOL user:

If you are using AOL dial up services, launch the session in order to establish a connection to the Internet, then minimize AOL and start Internet Explorer from your Windows desktop.

If you are using a cable modem or ADSL modem to access the Internet, just click on the Internet Explorer and go straight to the web site, without even starting AOL services.
